- kept in our records (in electronic or paper format) to draw up contracts as well as accounting and tax documents;

We may process your data for the above mentioned purposes as this proves necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligations (e.g., settlement with contractors, tax obligations), for our marketing and statistical activities, which is in our economic interest, as well as for defending our rights under the contract concluded with you.
We will delete the above data 3 months after the last purpose of their processing ceases to apply. In the meantime, we will cease to process them for the following purposes on the following dates:
- data serving the purpose of performing a contract ‒ within 3 months after the contract has been completed or terminated;
- data serving the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligation ‒ within 3 months after the obligation has ceased to apply;

- data serving the purpose of our marketing activities ‒ within 18 months of their last use (this does not apply if you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes);
- data serving the purpose of exchanging correspondence on specific matters ‒ within 3 months of the last correspondence exchanged on that matter;
- data serving the purpose of providing you with commercial information by electronic means (where you have given your consent) ‒ within 60 months of the last contact with you.
Your personal data collected from other sources
If you or we make a payment (e.g., in respect of an invoice) through, for example, a bank or payment institution, we will come into possession of information about the account and institution to which or by hand of which you or we ‒ as the case may be ‒ have made that payment. We will process such data in order to check whether the payment was made correctly, as well as to record and settle the payment and to make the necessary refunds, if any.
